Ok, I have purchased the headphones and wrist accessory...went to work with it (I work offshore) and cant access the app without internet! You should be able to change alarms, settings, and anything without internet! I had to take it off and turn it off after every shift so that the alarm I set up from home wasnt going off while I slept. Look at least fix the app, so that you dont always need internet....
