App crashes as soon as you turn it on!! Bought a Fitbit that is 1000 times better!!

Sometimes APP closes itself in an unexpected way.

Overall I like HW design. You may consider this device as activity meter with music control function. Permalloy its better than move band 1. Pros: HW design, App especially work out function is exciting. Cons: not support in Japan. No information notification.

No healthkit

This app needs serious work, please fix! Definitely not functional and keeps telling me Im a 34 year old male, which Im not. Was excited to give this product a try but if the app doesnt get fixed, Im returning this one and getting a fitbit. The band is great, app=terrible.

I try to sign up following the instructions, it sends me to my email, when Im at my email and try to select Confirm my email, it sends me a confirmation succesfull; but when Im at the app in my iphone5s saids me that failed, even trying to sing in with the facebook.

The lifeband is awesome. One problem. The lg fitness app does not work for it. 1) the app continues to tell me I am 32 when I have reset my age multiple times. 2) the app crashes as soon as it connects to the lifeband 3) the app does not sync over multiple devices even if you sign in 4) there is no desktop version which makes monitoring progress almost nil. This proves that LGs app developers have little concern for functionality and more on product sales!!!!

It wont let me change my sex or age. After the first week it crashes every time I attempt to sync it. Everyday I hope there is an update but no luck so far. The life band is great though...

all i had to do was try to connect it a second time and it worked, didnt crash ir anything, im very excited to use this, love it :)

The app crashes after the last update. Making the band almost useless. A big company like this cant find good employees that can do the job correctly.Did LG not test before release and do not read customers reviews . We are not happy. Please fix ASAP!!!!!

I really enjoy the app and the device. But this version crashes constantly I cant even sync the device. Frustrating please update immediately.

The app crashes every time the band syncs. This means that I cannot input new workouts or change my personal information. I like the band, but it isnt worth anything if it wont work properly. Please fix!!!

This app is terrible, the device is such a great idea but why spend $200 on a watch that doesnt connect to the app. Ive stopped counting how many times its crashed. Please get this fixed LG

The device is awesome that you use but the app itself is having so many issues. With my device, Im allowed to read text, calls etc and I havent since yet had a chance to see that in play. The app crashes when I try to update the app. It just isnt really worth it honestly.

Just the worst fitness application or there. It had data restore issues all the time and you need to enter your password every time to use their application. Its bad that I spend $200 on head phone and have to use their terrible web based application

Wish I could give it zero stars. Cant sign up nor sign in. Band is just a watch at this point

LG Fitness Server is finally back online, and you can login to your account again. For those who uninstalled, no worries, you data will re-download to your device. As for LG, how about posting a message next time if the server is going to be down for maintenance work.

The app never stays open and always closes out. LG should reimburse everyone who bought this bracelet.

So the band is awesome, works great and looks nice. The app is garbage and crashes every time it syncs with the band, you cant control your iTunes Player unless the app is synced. What is the point of this app if we cant track our improvements? LG needs to worry about fixing this issue. No wonder is on clearance!
