Not very happy with the app!

Fix the app i like the product but the app is garbage

Did LG just gave up on the App. It just keeps crashing on my 6+.

I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money on this device. I would give it zero stars for this but had to choose a star

Ok, I have purchased the headphones and wrist accessory...went to work with it (I work offshore) and cant access the app without internet! You should be able to change alarms, settings, and anything without internet! I had to take it off and turn it off after every shift so that the alarm I set up from home wasnt going off while I slept. Look at least fix the app, so that you dont always need internet....

I had bought 2 lg lifeband as gifts for my friends. Even looked online for some not very high rated comments about this product but honestly those life bands had some features and design that fit my friends. However both had problems with syncs with their phone, one is samsung s5 and other is iphone6 plus. Pleasse fix your app and work something to support your customers

For the longest time the app was disappointing but then I updated the software and it actually got worse. Yes, now I can see texts on my lifeband but the app crashes constantly. I cant access any info, reports, history, profile. It crashes the instant it synchs. For a while it was still communicating with myfitnesspal app so I still got info but that has ended too! The app is so bad, Im probably going to buy another brand fitness tracker. Its a useless app And its actually embarrassing how little LG is addressing it.

My app worked for one day. Now it crashes every time it tries to sinc with the band. Im so disappointed.

Recently bought the band... It is so so hard to wear 24H... Can not read under sunlight, app crashes non stop, no customer service

The app crashes as soon as you try to sync, which means none of your data is recorded. LG hasnt fixed this issue, which seems to have started more than 6 months ago. Thats an unacceptable amount of time for customers to wait for an essential app update and bug fix.

Crashes on iOS 9

It does not work with iphone 6. Worth not even 1 star.

App crashes frequently. Its a joke! Thanks for ripping me off! I should have brought other brands instead! I wish i can rate it minus infinity

U need to fix this app asap

I really like the band and it works great. However, the band wont connect to the app anymore. We cant track our progress till you get this fixed. Cmon LG youre better that that.

Does not work yet with new iPhone update. Please please upgrade the firmware for this app. I cant even sync it with my phone or Bluetooth anymore.

Please you need to updated the version. The app has been keep crashing doesnt sync anymore

The app worked fine until I updated my phone and now it just shuts itself off when I try to sync it back to my phone again! If I could get a refund on it, I wouldnt hesitate. I caution you, the curious buyer... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY or space on you for downloading the app!
